E-Rate Funds

E-Rate is the largest current funding for technology directed to public schools and libraries in the country. E-Rate funds come from the Universal Services Tax that is seen listed on phone bills. This money is dedicated to providing Internet connectivity to rural schools that might not have the access that is available in the larger cities. Funding is awarded based on free and reduced lunch numbers which is used to identify more impoverished areas of the country.
ETC ComputerLand is a Service Provider for E-Rate funded services. Providing the technology that powers America’s future while building relationships with our educational clients is a key element of our mission as a company.
