Congratulations to Eric for passing the Cisco Lifecycle Services Express exam which allows ETC ComputerLand to keep their Advanced Unified Communications specialization with Cisco. Eric passed the Cisco’s Unified Communications Account Manager test necessary for ETC ComputerLand to keep its Advanced Unified Communications designation.

Ryan Hinkamper earns CCNA Certification

Ryan Hinkamper of ETC ComputerLand recently attained his CCNA certification after attending Cisco’s Certified Cisco Network Associate training in Jefferson City, Missouri. The training consisted of describing the operation of data networks; implementing a small switched network; VLAN configuration; implementing an IP addressing scheme and IP services to meeting network requirements for a small and medium-sized enterprise offices; implementing a small routed network; implementing and verifying WAN and WLAN links; and identifying security threats to a network, as well as implementing and troubleshooting NAT and ACLs in a medium-sized enterprise office network. The certification covered many aspects of the training, as well as foundational information in TCP/IP.
