ETC ComputerLand GIFT Rules
GIFT is a quarterly computer and technology giveaway sponsored by ETC ComputerLand to benefit local charitable and service organizations which are not-for-profit tax-exempt agencies.
Objective: GIFT is our way of acknowledging our individual responsibility to the ever-expanding technology needs of our community and our dedication to corporate philanthropy.
Funding: GIFT is 100% exclusively funded by ETC ComputerLand; ETC ComputerLand does not receive any special funding or donations in order to provide this quarterly giveaway.
Eligibility: Only not-for-profit tax-exempt under IRS 501(c)(3) agencies who are in good standing with the state of Illinois and/or Missouri and whose principal offices are within 30 miles of Quincy, IL, and Kirksville, MO, can win. If you are a winner within the city limits of Quincy, ETC will deliver the system to you. Otherwise, a representative from your organization is welcome to pick up the system from our Quincy location at 3206 Kochs Lane. Any person may register an organization, multiple entries will be destroyed. No purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per organization per quarter. Any organization having won in the last twelve months is not eligible.
Drawings: Drawings will be held quarterly. On the last Friday of each calendar quarter, in the case of Friday being a holiday, the drawing will be held the previous day. All entries are due by midnight of the day prior to the drawing. ETC ComputerLand will draw an entrant at random and inform the winner via e-mail or telephone. If not claimed within 7 days, a new name will be drawn until a winner is chosen.
Miscellaneous items: Computer specifications are to be determined by ETC ComputerLand. System shall contain operating system, mouse, keyboard, network ability, and monitor among other items. ETC ComputerLand is not responsible for updating, maintaining, providing a warranty, servicing, or installing the unit.
