Advanced Technology Department

Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities include providing advanced network support including design, implementation, and support of Microsoft server environments and Cisco network environments. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft server products including Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, Small Business Server, and Exchange Server is required.
 
Minimum 5 years experience providing IT solutions is preferred.

At least one of the following advanced certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

And three of the following general certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

  • Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA)

  • Cisco Qualified Specialist

  • Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)

 Beginning Salary: $50,000 + depending on years of experience and qualifications.

Support Department

Support Specialist

Responsibilities include providing services related to: computers, networks & server applications, peripherals and software/hardware support.
 
Minimum 2 years experience providing IT solutions is preferred. Experience needs to primarily involve server/networking environments.

At least one test completed toward Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer is preferred.

And one of the following general certifications is preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

  • Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA)

  • Cisco Qualified Specialist

  • Certified Novell Administrator (CNA)

Design and Programming Department

Interactive Designer

Responsible for designing and developing front-end and back-end interfaces on dynamic websites.

Minimum 2 years experience providing web/programming solutions is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or related field required.

  • Expertise in current Internet standards, including web browsers and browser specifications. Ensure that all web sites are accessible from a variety of different platforms, screen depths and other constraints.

  • A demonstrated depth of experience in copy/design integration, typography and interactive interface design.

  • Expertise in website accessibility and usability

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.

  • Strong conceptual and creative skills.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Detail oriented

  • Work with existing staff to build design mockups and prototypes. Establish and create department design guidelines and design guide documents.

  • Extensive knowledge of current web markup and scripting languages: HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • A solid understanding of dynamic web content using scripting languages such as PHP, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, and SQL.

Excellent knowledge of HTML and CSS required.

Web Developer/Application Programmer

Responsibilities include providing scripting language support for customer websites and custom programming applications. Determines user's needs, strategies, and goals and develops custom software solutions that meet those needs. Involves the daily creation of scripts, programs and interfaces.

Minimum 2 years experience providing web/programming solutions is preferred.

Knowledge of Sharepoint and .Net preferred. Strong knowledge of PHP/MySQL, ASP, MS Access, Ruby on Rails, CSS, Javascript, DHTML, AJAX is preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Training: This position requires a candidate who is willing to learn, train, and become certified in the Design & Programming Department and its areas of expertise.


Web Services Administrator

Responsibilities include performing daily operational tasks in support of the Design/Programming Department. Will assist the Web Services Manager and Web Services Consultant with daily operational tasks such as, answering the phone, taking messages, scheduling. Candidate must have great communication skills; knowledge of the web preferred. Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred. High School graduate or GED required. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Network Sales Department

Network Sales

Responsibilities include converting leads into sales through the execution of our orchestrated sales process. This position is responsible for the on-going satisfaction of the company’s clients. In addition, this position is to develop new opportunities within the existing clients and to find and close new accounts for the company.

Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
